Navigator - Temporary / Seasonal - Min exp 2 years - €00 - Portugal

I'm looking for someone to sail with me from Lisbon (Portugal) to Caribbean.
The plan is leave in meddle of Novemver from Lisbon with stops in Porto Santo, Canarias (Las Palmas), Cabo Verde (Mindelo), and cross Atlantic. The final destination in Caribbean according the trip and wheather.
The crew can do steps or all crossing, dependent of relationship and time.
After sometime in Caribbean, the goal is sail the east coast of US, Canada and return to Lisbon via Açores in meddle of summer 2027.

I had the pleasure for working for Cptn Angelo for 3 months in Portugal - Lisbon. What a delight. Personable, caring and professional. Unfortunately, as a USA citizen, the visa process for schengen past 3 months is difficult, so we had to part ways. Respectful, kind, professional and supportive. very experienced and also willing to help in every way, Thank you Angelo ? until we meet again on the seas somewhere I hope! ?

I had a wonderful experience sailing with Angelo in Lisbon. He is an excellent captain, a great communicator, and someone who creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere on board. He was always clear when explaining tasks and took the time to share valuable sailing knowledge, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to teach made it easy to learn and contribute with confidence. Beyond sailing, he is genuinely kind, friendly, and always smiling. I especially appreciated the stories he shared and the insights into his culture, which made the experience much richer and more memorable. He was also great company off the boat—we even attended some music events together, and I discovered he has excellent taste in music! I am grateful for the opportunity to spend time aboard his boat and would happily sail with him again. Thank you for everything, and I hope our paths cross again in the future. Muita obrigada ?
