Planning for August/Fall: New, enthusiastic sailor looking to gain more experience and build some miles
Currently signed on to a boat and heading to the South Caribbean: St Maarten to Grenada with a few stops in between. Not actively looking at the moment but planning for August and the Fall.
I'm pretty laid back, in good shape, and willing to do as much or as little sailing and maintenance as required.
My current sailing experience is four overnight sails (3 nights from Barbados-Antigua and 1 night from Antigua-St Barthélemy) as well as 2 regattas racing on a Carriacou Sloop (42 foot traditional wooden Caribbean trading vessel). I'm looking to gain more hands-on experience sailing as I have just entered the wonderful world of sailing and am pretty much already hooked.
