Sailing apprentice looking for stewardess, nanny or cook position
Positive, active and adaptable, I am a sailing apprentice willing to make the most of her educational background and passion for cuisine while building experience at sea.
A sea lover, I got my Rescue Diver licence (which also includes a BLS-D certificate) in my early twenties, growing good confidence with the marine environment and a basic knowledge about mediterranean underwater flora and fauna.
I’ve been working with kids and teenagers in different contexts, that span from supporting those with special needs at school to running farm based summer camps and taking part as an educator in sailing projects dedicated to teens.
I learnt and keep learning every day to accompany younger people with listening, creativity and pragmatism.
At the same time, I acquired a ten years long experience in the catering field, developing the ability to cooperate in a team, strong communication and managing skills as well as the competences to take care of all the steps that bring to enjoy a great lunch -from organising the galley to setting flowers on the table, I address every passage with care and attention to details.
I’ve got good knowledge of housekeeping, natural inclination towards tidiness and a hands-on, efficient approach that I’m happy to put at service of guest’s comfort and wellbeing.
Kindness, discretion and patience are my strengths in building a peaceful and enjoyable environment on board.
