Looking for a Voluntary work, Novice Crew, Housekeeping/Stew or Steward(ess) position
Hi - I've just joined Crewbay. I'm interested in finding a position as a Voluntary work, Novice Crew, Housekeeping/Stew or Steward(ess). I'm looking forward to meeting some new people!
My goal is to get to Montevideo (Uruguay) or, if not, Buenos Aires, so I'm looking to cross the Atlantic on a one-way trip.
My goal is to travel to Montevideo (Uruguay) or, if not, Buenos Aires, so I’m looking to make a one-way crossing of the Atlantic toward the end of September 2026. I’m fine with stopovers.
I’m ready to fully commit to life on board and to help with all necessary tasks: navigation, watches, maneuvers, cooking, maintenance, and ship’s stores.
I am passionate about sailing and the restaurant industry.
I hold a Level 5 sailing certification from the French Sailing Federation (with experience sailing the Laser Pico and catamarans) as well as a bar/waitstaff diploma and a mixology certification, specializing in cheese and wine pairing.
I am motivated to learn, deepen my knowledge, and improve my skills in navigation and sailing.
I have worked in various establishments in the restaurant and hospitality industries; my skills that are useful on board include: preparing and serving meals and beverages, managing supplies, organization, cleaning and maintenance, teamwork, a service-oriented attitude, and a positive attitude—even over long periods.
I greatly appreciate team life, community life, and the ocean;
I can communicate in English and Spanish.
