Exceptional Captain and Mentor
I met Capt. Ken though his chief engineer when I was new to the industry and needed some guidence and help getting started as a Captain. Ken was approachable and is very knowledgable. His knowledge of the industry surpasses anyone else I spoke to. I will always be grateful for the time, effort and advice he has provided me since I started my career. Ken provided great advice when I was drafting my CV, and provided a ton of constructive feedback. He helped open doors to opportunities, provided guidence on the initial steps when engaging with owners and provided information on some additional qualifications I can work on that would help me open more doors. I believe it is rare to find a captain that is so keen and eager to help develop and mentor people coming into the industry, and I can say with certainty that he will be an assest to any owner and the crew he manages in future.
