Looking for a Deckhand position
Hello, my name is Darian, Im looking for a position as a Deckhand or anything else you could think of, that I could work for you. A t the moment I'm studying to become a Sport and Biology Teacher in Darmstadt, and I am currently seeking a holiday job between March 28, 2026, and April 13, 2026. I have experience in various fields. My mother tongue is German, but thanks to my year abroad in New Zealand, I now speak English almost as fluently as German; I know the basics of French. I interact very well with people; this summer, for example, I volunteered for a project where I spent 12 days cycling through Germany with students from challenging backgrounds. Furthermore, my temporary work experience has made me proficient in quickly acquiring new skills. My hobby is sport and hitchhiking to distant places, such as my trip this summer from Darmstadt to the North Cape and back, which highlights my resilience and initiative. I possess a driving license, a Certified Youth Leader License, a license that allows me to supervise youth groups while skiing, and the German Health Certificate required for working in kitchens. As my available time window is quite short, I would require employer-provided accommodation.
